About Us
The Windtree Property Owners’ Association was created in 1987, to ensure the best use, the most appropriate development and improvement of the properties and to protect owners of the lots against such improper use as well as depreciation of the value of properties.
Members consist of people or entities who are a record owner of the fee simple title of any lot in the Windtree subdivision.
Five Board of Directors, elected by the members, manage the affairs of this Association and uphold and enforce the Protective Covenants and By - Laws.
Windtree is a beautifully maintained community, nestled in a lovely and warm neighborhood located at Smith Mountain Lake. Members have a long standing practice of welcoming new residents with open arms.
