Welcome to the Windtree Property Owners Association (WPOA) website.
Your Windtree Board of Directors has been making significant updates to the Windtree Community facilities to both preserve your assets and further enhance your experience of living in Windtree and also that of your guests. We encourage you to explore this website and to check back regularly for updates.
The WPOA board is in place to represent the community residents and to facilitate improvements to our community that will enhance the pleasure of living in this great community. We would like to hear from you. Please feel free to use the "Contact Us" feature to send an email to all WPOA board members. If you have something you would like to sell, a matter that you feel would be of interest to all community members, a comment reference this website, or anything else that should be brought to the attention of the board, please let us know. I want to assure you that all information in the member section is password protected. Only registered and approved members in good standing can access sensitive information. And for any requests to post a notice or ad on the website, all submissions are subject to approval. The date, time and location of the next scheduled Board meeting can be found in the Upcoming Events Section on this site. All members of the community are welcome to attend the Board Meetings. If you have a specific topic that you would like the board to consider, please contact us and we'll add you to the agenda for an upcoming meeting. |
